I was there for over two hours and no man came. Is that normal?

I went on a day when there were not many men, but the staff were very kind and I'd definitely go again!

I thought 20 minutes was just the right amount of time, not too long or too short, but it felt too short because we were just having so much fun talking.
The staff are very friendly and kind. However, I felt lonely because they were busy and they never came to serve me even after I ordered a drink.
The interior of the store is very clean, and it seems like a great space where you feel close to the men.
By the way, the drinks they made were delicious! I want to drink them again!
